826.02 PERMIT REQUIRED; INSURANCE.

Before any equipment can be moved on site, the driller or producer shall submit a plot plan and State permit to the City. The driller or producer shall also submit to the City, prior to commencing drilling operations, evidence of a comprehensive liability insurance policy in accordance with this chapter.
