(a) There is hereby fixed a license fee of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) for the first pool or billiard table or alley and five dollars ($5.00) for each additional pool or billiard table or alley per year upon the business of conducting billiard or pool rooms and bowling alleys in the City. There is hereby fixed a license fee of ten dollars ($10.00) for each pinball or video game or machine and four dollars ($4.00) for each additional identical pinball or video game or machine, upon the business of conducting pinball or video games in the City.
(b) The license fees set forth in subsection (a) hereof shall be payable in a lump sum by January 30 of each year at the office of the City Manager.
