812.01 BILLIARD AND POOL ROOMS, PING PONG AND SHUFFLEBOARD; LICENSE REQUIRED.

No person shall operate a billiard room, pool room, bowling alley, game room or video room in the City without first obtaining a license therefor from the City Manager.
