Whoever violates or fails to comply with any of the provisions of thischapter is guilty of a minor misdemeanor for a first offense and shall be finednot more than one hundred dollars ($100.00). For a second or subsequentoffense, such person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree and shallbe fined not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) or imprisoned not morethan sixty days, or both. A separate offense shall be deemed committed eachday during or on which a violation or noncompliance occurs or continues.
