Each ambulance service serving the City shall provide the followingminimum personnel and minimum qualifications:
(a) There shall be one driver and one attendant for each ambulance vehicle andeach emergency rescue vehicle.
(b) Each driver and each attendant shall have been certified by the OhioDepartment of Education to have taken the emergency victim and rescuecourse of the Trade and Industrial Education Service, and a certified copy orphotocopy of such certificate shall be filed with the Director of Public Safety.
(c) Each driver and each attendant shall have a certificate of completion of notless than eighty hours of the standard and advanced first-aid course of theAmerican Red Cross, and a certified copy or photocopy of such certificateshall be filed with the Director.
(d) No driver or attendant shall have been convicted of a felony or themisdemeanor of vehicular homicide within the ten years next precedingemployment by a licensed ambulance service within the City.
(e) Each driver shall hold a valid Ohio chauffeur's license and a certified copy orphotocopy of such license shall be filed with the Director.
