(a) Possession of a Revoked or Suspended Concealed Handgun License.
(1) No person, except in the performance of official duties, shall possess a concealed handgun license that was issued and that has been revoked or suspended.
(2) Whoever violates this division (a) is guilty of possessing a revoked or suspended concealed handgun license, a misdemeanor of the first degree.
(b) Additional Restrictions. Duties of a licensed individual shall be identical and applicable in all respects pursuant to Ohio R.C. 2923.126, and shall remain in full force and effect in this Municipality.
(c) Posting of Signs Prohibiting Possession. The provisions of Ohio R.C. 2923.1212 shall apply in this Municipality.
