(a) Whoever violates any of the provisions of this chapter for which no penalty is otherwise provided is guilty of a minor misdemeanor and shall be subject to the penalty provided in Section 698.02.
(2) Whoever violates any of the provisions of Section 654.07 is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree and shall be subject to the penalty provided in Section 698.02. If such violation causes physical harm to any person, then, whoever violates Section 654.07 is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree and shall be subject to the penalty provided in Section 698.02.
