648.09  MINORS CURFEW.
   (a)   No minor under the age of thirteen years shall loiter, idle, wander, stroll or play in or upon the public streets, highways, roads, alleys, parks, playgrounds or other public grounds, public places or public buildings, places of amusement and entertainment, vacant lots or other unsupervised places, between the hours of 9:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. of the following day, official City time.
   (b)   No minor thirteen years of age or older shall loiter, idle, wander, stroll or play in or upon the public streets, highways, roads, alleys, parks, playgrounds or other public grounds, public places or public buildings, places of amusement and entertainment, vacant lots or other unsupervised places, between the hours of 10:30 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. of the following day, official City time, on Sundays, Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, or between the hours of 12:00 midnight and 6:00 a.m., official City time, on Fridays and Saturdays.
   (c)   The provisions of divisions (a) and (b) of this section do not apply to a minor accompanied by his or her parent, guardian or other adult person having the care and custody of the minor, or where a minor is upon an emergency errand or legitimate business directed by his or her parent, guardian or other adult person having the care and custody of the minor.
   (d)   No parent, guardian or other adult person having the care and custody of a minor child shall knowingly permit, allow or suffer such minor to violate division (a) or (b) of this section.
   (e)   Whoever violates division (a) or (b) of this section shall be dealt with in accordance with Juvenile Court law and procedure. Whoever violates division (d) of this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
