634.04  MOTOR VEHICLE NOISE.
   (a)   No person shall operate a motor vehicle which causes excessive noise levels as a result of a defective or modified exhaust system, as a result of any unnecessary rapid acceleration, deceleration, engine revving or tire squealing or as the result of the operation of audio devices such as, but not limited to, radios, phonographs and tape players.
   (b)   Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor for a first offense and a misdemeanor of the fourth degree for any subsequent offense.  A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
