(EDITOR'S NOTE: Section 624.06 was repealed as part of the 1992 updating and revision of these Codified Ordinances because a violation of substantially identical State law (Ohio R.C. 2925.22) was made a felony by the Ohio General Assembly by Am. Sub. H.B. No. 615, effective March 27, 1991.)
