440.015  VIOLATION OF RULES PROMULGATED BY OHIO DIRECTOR OF TRANSPORTATION.
   No person shall violate any rule or regulation promulgated by the Director of Transportation in accordance with Section 440.02 or Ohio R.C. 5577.05.
