(a) All traffic control devices placed pursuant to the provisions of this Traffic Code shall conform to the Ohio Manual of Uniform Traffic Control Devices for Streets and Highways, or by controlling State law.
(b) Any new traffic control light system installed or existing traffic control light system replaced shall be suspended from mast arm type poles. In addition, all new traffic control light system installed or existing traffic control light system replaced in the downtown area shall be on decorative poles.
(c) Any new traffic control light system installed or existing traffic control light system replaced shall include a four-directional 3M Opticom light preemption system compatible with the system used by the safety forces of the City.
