270.06 CRITERIA FOR HISTORIC DESIGNATION.

The Architectural Review Board shall prepare criteria and procedures for the designation of individual landmarks and Historic Districts. Such criteria shall be modeled after guidelines developed by the United States. Department of the Interior relating to historic preservation. The criteria, when authorized by council, shall govern the designation of landmarks and Historic Districts in the City.
