(a) All full-time City employees are required to establish a minimum of forty hours per week of work.
(b) The City shall follow the Fair Labor Standards Act requirements relating to overtime, including the application of exempt and non-exempt status.
(c) Part-time police officers required to appear in court on behalf of the employer during off duty hours, shall be paid a minimum of two hours of pay at one and one-half times the employee's regular rate of pay.
(d) Part-time police officers and part-time firefighters who work on a recognized holiday shall be compensated at one and one-half times the employee's regular rate of pay.
