(a) Full-time and part-time employees who are called for jury duty shall be excused from work for the days on which they are required to serve.
(b) Employees shall receive their regular rate of pay for each day of jury duty leave, less any compensation received from the court. Employees will document to the City any compensation received for jury service.
(c) Employees called for jury duty but not selected for service or dismissed before the end of the work day will be required to return to work.
