250.01  AFFIRMATIVE ACTION.
   (a)   The Affirmative Action Plan designed and created for the City is hereby adopted and shall be considered a part of the official employment policy of the City.
   (b)   The Affirmative Action Plan shall be maintained on file in the office of the City Manager and shall be available for public review.
   (c)   The Affirmative Action Plan shall be reviewed at least every two years for updating and modification if deemed necessary.
