222.01 ADOPTION BY READING CAPTION ONLY.

Any ordinance or resolution that has been approved in writing by all members of Council may be adopted at any Council meeting subsequent to its written approval by reading only the caption of such ordinance or resolution at such meeting, provided that such ordinance or resolution receives an affirmative vote of a majority of the members of Council.
