204.02  OFFICIAL SEAL.
   (a)   The seal of the City shall be circular in form with two concentric circles inside. In the space formed by the outer perimeter of the seal and the concentric circle shall be the words "The Great Seal of the City of" across the top and "Geneva, Ohio" across the bottom with a bunch of grapes on each side between the words. This area will be colored forest green with the letters colored yellow. The grapes will be colored purple with green leaves. In the center of the seal shall be an American flag with a bald eagle superimposed over the flag. In addition, there will a blue banner with the founding date in white. At each end of the banner will be a bunch of purple grapes with green leaves.
   (b)   The Clerk of Council shall have custody of the City seal which shall be the official seal of the City.
