3-3-6: RIGHT TO ENTER PREMISES FOR INSPECTION:
   (A)   The approving authority shall have, after obtaining the permission of the occupant, or if unoccupied, permission of the owner or after obtaining a search warrant, the right to enter upon any premises connected with any public sewer at all reasonable hours to determine that there is compliance with the provisions of this chapter. If conflict is noted, the owner of said premises or his agent shall be directed to alter, repair or reconstruct to conform to the requirements of this chapter within fifteen (15) days. Failure of the owner to effect said changes shall result in remedial action by the approving authority, as provided in section 3-3-12 of this chapter.
   (B)   The owner or occupant of any house, building or property shall allow authorized persons at any time to inspect the nature of wastewater discharging into a public sewer. Authorized persons shall be permitted to enter all properties for the purpose of inspection, observation, measurement, sampling and testing, in accordance with the provisions of this chapter.
