3-3-9: REDEMPTION OR REMOVAL OF PLEDGED PROPERTY:
No personal property received on deposit or pledged by any such licensed person shall be sold or permitted to be redeemed from the place of business of such licensed person for the space of twenty four (24) hours after the copy and statement required to be delivered to the sheriff's department shall have been delivered as required by section 3-3-8 of this chapter.
