It shall be the duty of every person licensed hereunder to make out and deliver to the sheriff's department before the hour of twelve o'clock (12:00) noon on Monday of each week a legible and correct copy of the record book required in section 3-3-5 of this chapter regarding all personal property and other valuable things received on deposit during the preceding week, together with the time when received or purchased.
