§ 52.21 PAYMENT OF MONTHLY CHARGES.
   Statements for storm water drainage fees for use and availability of storm drainage facilities shall be made a part of the present utility billing system invoiced on a monthly basis. Revenue from storm drainage fees shall be credited to storm water drainage funds.
