§ 70.99 PENALTY.

Any violation of the statutes adopted by reference in § 70.01 is a violation of this chapter when it occurs within the city. Any person thus violating any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of such an offense and shall be punished by the penalty as is prescribed by the statutes.
