The regulatory provisions of M.S. Chapters 168, 169, 169A and 171, as amended from time to time, are hereby adopted as a traffic ordinance regulating the use of highways, streets and alleys within the city and are hereby incorporated in and made a part of this chapter as completely as if set out here in full.
