1349.01 DIRECTION AND SHIELDING OF OUTDOOR LIGHTS.

Outdoor floodlights and spotlights in residential areas within the Village shall be so directed and so shielded that they do not shine or reflect directly beyond the boundaries of the property upon which they are located so as to cause an excessive or annoying glare to others. (Ord. 1626. Passed 12-16-72.)
