(a) The Gates Mills Volunteer Fire Department shall consist of a Fire Chief, an Assistant Fire Chief, not more than two Fire Captains, not more than four Fire Lieutenants, an Education Officer, as provided for in Section 161.01, and such number of fire officers as shall be appointed by the Mayor and confirmed by Council pursuant to Article IV, Section 5(b) of the Village Charter.
(b) The reimbursed expenses for members of the Volunteer Fire Department shall be as established from time to time by Council.
