161.01 EDUCATION OFFICER.

(a) There is hereby established the position of Education Officer for the Fire Department. The Education Officer shall be appointed by the Mayor and confirmed by Council pursuant to Article IV, Section 5(b), of the Charter.

(b) The salary of the Education Officer for the Fire Department shall be as established from time to time by Council.
