(a) Color. The wireless communication tower will be constructed of a material with a neutral color and shall be designed to blend with the surrounding landscape and uses.
(b) Light. No exterior lighting of the wireless communication tower is permitted.
(c) Design. The design criteria for wireless communication towers and their associated support buildings shall follow the provisions outlined above in Section 1373.09.
