A registrant whose certificate of registration has been suspended or revoked may appeal such order of suspension or revocation, in writing, to the Architectural Board of Review. The Board shall afford a hearing upon such appeal, at which the appellant may be represented by counsel. The appellant and the Building Official may present and examine witnesses and introduce testimony pertaining to the reasons for suspension or revocation and to restoration of the certificate of registration. All such appeals shall be filed with the Board within five days after receipt of the notice or order from which an appeal is taken. The decision of the Board shall be final and conclusive as to all parties, subject to the provisions of Ohio R.C. Chapter 2506.
