There is hereby established an Architectural Board of Review, hereinafter and hereinbefore referred to as the Board, with the powers and duties as hereinafter set forth. In addition to such powers and duties, the Board shall conduct hearings concerning violations of Chapter 1367. Such hearings shall be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 1367 and the Board shall receive evidence, make findings with respect thereto and issue appropriate orders, as provided in such chapter.
