§ 33.01 PAYMENT OF CLAIMS PRIOR TO COUNCIL ALLOWANCE.

   For the said expenses of the city, the following types of claims be permitted to be paid by the city fiscal officer prior to Council approval:

   (A)   Property or services purchased from the U.S. government;

   (B)   License or permit fees;

   (C)   Insurance premiums;

   (D)   Utility payments or connection charges;

   (E)   General grant programs;

   (F)   Grants or state funds;

   (G)   Maintenance or service agreements;

   (H)   Leases or rental agreements;

   (I)   Bond or coupon payments;

   (J)   Payroll; and

   (K)   State, federal, or county taxes.
