§ 31.06 POLICE DEPARTMENT; AUXILIARY UNIT.
   (A)   (1)   The city hereby establishes the Mississinewa Auxiliary Police Unit.
      (2)   No person shall be a member of the Unit without first submitting an application to the City Police Chief and receiving the approval of the Chief.
      (3)   The City Police Chief may promulgate rules governing the activities of the Unit.

   (B)   (1)   The City Police Reserves is hereby established.
      (2)   No more than nine persons shall serve on the Reserves at any one time.

   (C)   The following fees are hereby made part hereof and are hereby adopted by the City Council.
