§ 31.04 DEPARTMENT OF ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT.
   (A)   The Department, controlled by the Commission, be and are hereby created and granted all powers and duties of such Department and such Commission as set forth in the Act, which Commission shall consist of three members.
   (B)   Pursuant to the provisions of the Act, the City Council hereby nominates its nominee for membership on such Commission.
