§ 93.41 FIREWORKS IN THE CITY PARK.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person to sell fireworks of any type or nature, whether deemed legal or illegal, in the city park on July 3 or July 4 of any year.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful to ignite, use, or discharge any fireworks of any type or nature, whether deemed legal or illegal, in the city park on July 3 or July 4 of any year.
