§ 31.02 CITY REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION.
   (A)   The City Redevelopment Commission is established.
   (B)   The Commission shall consist of five members, who shall be nominated and serve the terms as provided in I.C. 36-7-14-6.1.
   (C)   The Commission shall meet at the call of the Mayor, and shall notify the State Department of Commerce of the formation of the Commission within 30 days following its organizational meeting.
