§ 160.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Whoever shall violate any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is provided shall be punished as set forth in § 10.99.
   (B)   Any person violating the provisions of this chapter by operating a transient vacation rental unit without a valid license is guilty of a misdemeanor.
