§ 93.05 PICNIC SHELTERS.
   Reservations will be accepted and enforced for the picnic shelter. All reservations must be made through the Splitrock Park Information Center at 594-3805 or City Hall at 594-6722. A reservation fee shall apply as adopted by resolution of the City Council, which shall be on file in the office of the City Finance Officer. Said fee is non-refundable.

§ 93.06 ANIMALS IN PARKS.
   (A)   All animals must be on a leash at all times, according to § 90.02.
   (B)   Horses are allowed in the park on maintained roads only.

§ 93.07 RESERVED.
§ 93.08 CAMPING AND SHELTER FEES.
   (A)   The City Council shall establish the fees for camping and reserving the picnic shelter for the city. Said fees provided by the city shall be kept on file at the office of the City Finance Officer as follows.
   (B)   The non-refundable camping fee shall be as follows per day:
      (1)   Tent spots: $15 per spot per day with $10 per day per additional tent, with a limit of two additional tents per spot;
      (2)   Electrical spots: $22 per spot per day with $10 per day per additional tent, with a limit of two additional tents per spot;
      (3)   Organized non-profit youth groups (e.g., Boy Scouts/Girl Scout Troops): All fees at half-price with a minimum two night stay; and
      (4)   The picnic shelter fee shall be as follows: There shall be a $30 per day non-refundable fee for reserving the picnic shelter.

GARRETSON SWIMMING POOL
§ 93.20 CONTROL OF POOL.
      The city will lease the Garretson Swimming Pool from the Garretson Community Foundation, Inc. for the sum of $1 and will assume temporary total control of the Garretson Swimming Pool effective immediately and until terminated or amended by either party. This control will be under the above requested conditions with the additional condition that the City Council will have final decision making authority over the actions for the appointed Pool Board. Additionally, the city will provide proper financial accounting and provide necessary and prudent insurance coverage for the operation of the Garretson Swimming Pool. All donations or receipts received in support of the Garretson Swimming Pool will be retained within the General Fund and dedicated solely to the operation and support of the Garretson Swimming Pool.

§ 93.21 MAINTENANCE OF POOL ROAD.
   The city, as part of the annual support of the Garretson Pool, will maintain the gravel road providing ingress and egress to the pool. The maintenance of the gravel road will consist of grading/blading and filling holes as required. The maintenance of the gravel road will only be done during the months the pool is open.
