§ 53.45 DUTY TO FOLLOW HEALTH AND SAFETY REGULATIONS.
   Commercial garbage collectors and haulers shall obey all the ordinances and all the rules and regulations of the Health Officer and City Council, and report to the City Council any violations of this chapter which may come to their notice.
