§ 53.42 LOADING OF COMMERCIAL VEHICLES.
   Vehicles used for transporting garbage, including rubbish, livestock waste, and waste materials, shall be loaded so that no materials shall fall off or be blown off the vehicle while the vehicle is in transit.
