§ 53.20 LICENSE REQUIRED.
   It shall be unlawful for a commercial garbage hauler to use the streets for the collection, removal, or disposal of any garbage, livestock waste, or rubbish without first having obtained a commercial garbage hauler’s license from the city. The number of licenses to be issued shall be set at one, with additional licenses to be issued, if deemed necessary, by the City Council.
