§ 110.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   Any person who is found guilty of violating any part of §§ 110.01 through 110.15, either by failing to do those acts required herein or by doing a prohibited act, is guilty of a Class B Misdemeanor. Each day such violation is committed or permitted to continue shall constitute a separate violation. Nothing in this section is intended nor shall be construed as limiting the methods of enforcement available to Garfield County under the Garfield County Code or State law. If a business license has not been approved by the County by March 1 of the current year, any penalties shall relate back to January 1 of the current year. A lien will be recorded on the business' real property for any outstanding penalties.
   (C)   A person or business violating § 110.30 shall be punished in accordance with UCA § 58-37- 8, unless a different penalty is expressly provided in § 110.30.
