§ 110.30 CANNABIS FARMS PROHIBITED.
   Pursuant to the S.3042 Agricultural Improvement Act of 2018, the county elects to prohibit all cannabis farms and establishments within its boundaries, with the exception of hemp cultivation for medicinal use. For the purposes of this subchapter, HEMP shall be defined as cannabis with less than 0.3% tetrahydrocannabinol (THC).
