§ 93.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   Violation of § 93.07 shall constitute a Class B misdemeanor, punishable by up to a maximum of six months in the county jail, a maximum fine of $1,000, or both such imprisonment and fine.
