§ 93.07 INTERFERENCE WITH ROADS PROHIBITED.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to knowingly and intentionally close, unreasonably interfere with, barricade, erect signs, or otherwise obstruct any county road, highway, or R.S. 2477 right-of-way, without prior written authorization of the Board of County Commissioners.
