§ 91.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   Any person who is found guilty of violating §§ 91.20 through 91.23, either by failing to do those acts required herein or by doing a prohibited act, is guilty of an infraction. Each day such violation is committed or permitted to continue shall constitute a separate violation.
   (C)   Except where state statute punishes a violation under §§ 91.38 through 91.42 as an infraction, any person who is found guilty of violating these sections, either by failing to do those acts required herein or by doing a prohibited act, is guilty of a Class B misdemeanor punishable by a maximum sentence of up to six months in jail and a maximum fine of $1,000. Each day such violation is committed or permitted to continue shall constitute a separate violation.
