The responsible party/parties shall be liable for all activities associated with the behavior of the aggressive canine/wolf. The aggressive canine/wolf shall be under the control of the responsible party at all times. Failure to keep the aggressive canine/wolf under control of the responsible party shall be punishable as described below. The aggressive canine/wolf shall not enter the county until posting and any required jurisdictional agreement has been completed.
