§ 90.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   Failure to comply with the requirements listed in §§ 90.01 through 90.04 is a criminal offense as follows:
      (1)   Each sign failed to be posted is a Class C misdemeanor subject to a maximum penalty of 90 days in jail and $750 fine;
      (2)   Failure to have the animal under the control of the responsible party is a Class B misdemeanor subject to a maximum penalty of six months in jail and $1,000 fine; and
      (3)   Bringing an aggressive canine/wolf onto public areas in violation of §§ 90.01 through 90.04 is a Class B misdemeanor subject to a maximum penalty of six months in jail and $1,000 fine.
   (C)   Any person who violates §§ 90.16 through 90.29 shall be guilty of a Class B misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be punished by a term of imprisonment in the county jail not to exceed six months and/or a fine which shall not exceed $1,000, or both such fine and imprisonment.
