§ 70.04 REGISTRATION.
   All vehicles operated on the OHV road system must comply with one of the following:
   (A)   Safety inspected and licensed by the state’s Division of Motor Vehicles;
   (B)   Registered as an OHV by the state’s Division of Motor Vehicles; or
   (C)   Registered in another state that offers reciprocal operating privileges to state residents.
