§ 70.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   (1)   Violations of helmet, age, or education requirements of §§ 70.01 to 70.08 are punishable as infractions.
      (2)   Unless otherwise specified in law, any other violation of the terms of §§ 70.01 to 70.08 shall be punishable as a Class C misdemeanor
