(A) During a temporary absence or disability of the Mayor, the Commissioner of Accounts and Finances shall serve as Temporary Mayor.
(B) Under circumstances in which the Mayor is or becomes disabled beyond a temporary occurrence or otherwise incapable of performing his or her duties as Mayor, the Commissioner of Accounts and Finances shall serve as Mayor Pro Tem.
(C) In the absence of both the Mayor and the Commissioner of Accounts and Finances, the Commissioner of Public Property shall act in the capacity as Temporary Mayor or Mayor Pro Tem, as the case may be.
